Both plans are fully managed and include everything in the Business Plan - Google Business Profile optimization, review management, citation building, and reporting.

The key differences:

‍Pro Plan: Ideal for single-location businesses looking to improve local visibility and reputation.

‍Ultimate Plan: Designed for multi-location or high-competition/high-growth businesses. Includes advanced SEO support, custom strategy sessions, and extended location coverage.

Is there a setup fee for BeFindable plans?
No, your first payment includes free personalized 1:1 onboarding and setup to ensure optimal configuration and support.
What is usage credit used for?
All plans come with usage credits, which can be used for features like outbound SMS messages - ideal for sending review requests.

If you exhaust your usage credits within a month, additional text messages will be charged at $0.0158 per segment in the US (rates may vary in other countries).

Other features, such as AI-generated replies and conversations, incur small charges of $0.02 per message. Additionally, content generated by AI is billed at $0.18 per 1,000 words and $0.12 per image.

Please note that usage credits reset at the beginning of each month, and any unused balance does not carry over.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime to suit your business needs and desired level of Local SEO management.
Do all plans include review management tools?
Yes, all plans provide access to BeFindable’s powerful review and reputation management tools to help you build trust and attract more customers.
How long is the contract for?
Monthly plans operate on a 30-day rolling contract. To cancel, please notify us at least seven days before your next payment date. Annual plans have a 12-month commitment. You may cancel an annual plan at any time, but please note that no refunds will be issued for any remaining time in the contract.
